The Environment

Monte das Moradias is situated on the hills close to the Santa Clara lake.
The landscape is characterized by cork oaks and eucalyptus trees.
A 15 minutes' drive brings you to the typically Alentejo village Santa Clara a Velha as where you can find all necessary services.

The preserved westcoast is nearby.
Well-known westcoast cities are Zambujeira do Mar, Odeceixe and Cabo Sardão.

Tourist resorts like Albufeira, Carvoeiro and Portimão offer ample entertainment if wanted.
